On-Location Boot Camp

Personal Trainer, Kat Robertson, leads the on-location boot camp. She is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association and has four years experience in group fitness and boot camp environments as well as three years experience in personal training.

  • Rabbit Hill Park (Dacula, GA): 400 Rabbit Hill Road
    7:15pm: Monday through Thursday evenings
    *We meet 3-4 nights per week; the schedule each week is sent out via text to active clients and is available on the website: CLICK HERE
  • Sessions: The first meeting of each month is ASSESSMENT DAY! Each monthly session lasts 4 weeks, beginning on the first Monday of each calendar month. You do NOT have to wait for the next session to begin to join the class. You may join at ANY time or come try out a class for FREE by registering for a first time visitor pass!


  • Exercise mat with thick, firm padding: click here for an example
  • Dumbbells: 3-12 pounds depending on your current fitness level. For women, I recommend starting at 3-5 pounds for a beginner or 8 pounds for someone fairly fit and accustomed to a moderate to high level of activity. For men, I recommend starting at 5-8 pounds for beginners or 10 pounds, depending on the same factors. Remember, we do HIGH REPS!
  • Water bottle: Water is available via water fountains provided in select locations around the park, but it is best to ensure that you have your own source of hydration ready.
  • Exercise towel or sweat headband
  • A FRIEND! :) Bring a friend with you ANY time – their first class is FREE. For every $150 in referral memberships you refer, you receive a free month of boot camp!


  • Summer Break: Monday, May 30 through Thursday, June 2
    Classes resume Monday, June 6
  • Fall Break: Monday, August 29 through Thursday, September 1
    Classes resume Monday, September 5
  • Winter Break: We will close on Monday, November 21, 2015 and will reopen Monday, March 6, 2017. Online boot camp classes will still be available during the colder months when we are unable to hold outdoor classes.

No Commitment:

  • FREE! One-Day Trial: Your first day to boot camp class is a free trial day!
    LIMIT: One first time visitor pass per client - lifetime maximum. No limit for attendance on Friends and Family Days (Assessments and Holidays)!
  • Day-Rate Drop-In Pass {$10}: Access to any boot camp class of your choosing - valid for one day only. No minimum or maximum.
Monthly Commitment:

  • Gold Package: $70: 12+ classes per month
  • Gold Package: $60: 9 classes per month
  • Silver Package: $40: Up to 6 classes per month
*All plans will carry a small convenience fee to cover credit card processing. All membership levels expire one year from purchase if unused.

Additional Information:

  1. Our classes are designed to build a fitness beginner yet still structured to challenge the intermediate fitness enthusiast. If you are unsure if our classes are right for you, feel free to take advantage of our free First Day Visitor pass!
  2. Our classes incorporate many different fitness styles including, but not limited to, plyometrics, kickboxing, calisthenics, dance, and yoga. We focus on all areas of health and fitness with emphasis on cardiovascular exercise, aerobics, distance and interval running, strength and resistance training, flexibility training, and stress reduction.
  3. We offer group fitness training with a personal quality. We assess each member individually and track progress and improvement at the beginning of your membership as well as at the beginning of each boot camp session. Group assessments are held the first day of each session. If you prefer to schedule a private assessment, there is an additional fee. There will be ONE make-up assessment date per session for clients unable to attend the scheduled assessment.
  4. There are NO refunds for memberships. New memberships can be held for up to one year without activating. Once a membership is activated (by attending your first class) the membership will expire at the end of the current session.
  5. Memberships can be transferred ONCE per quarter. If you purchase a membership and will be unable to attend boot camp, your membership may be transferred or resold for FACE VALUE or less. Sale of a membership for more than your initial personal investment will result in your account being terminated indefinitely.
  6. Family members between the ages of 13 and 17 can attend WITH the primary member free of charge as long as a medical waiver is on file for the minor signed by a parent or guardian which must be presented with photo ID of the adult and birth certificate of the child.
  7. Family members 18 years of age or older will receive a discounted rate. Limit of FOUR discounts per primary member. All members must have a medical waiver on file – minors must have their waiver presented by a parent or guardian. Please register additional family members on-site or email team@fitnessrebooted.com.
  8. Minors ages 13-17 can join as a primary member for $35 monthly (unlimited class access) with a release signed by their legal parent or guardian. Registration must be completed ON-SITE. Photo ID of adult must be presented prior to the first class attendance as well as the minor’s birth certificate proving parentage/age.

    How long does each session last?

    “Sessions” are monthly and begin on the first Monday of each month for the evening classes and the first Tuesday of the month for the morning class. Each session lasts four weeks. Each class meets for 30-45 minutes two to four days per week depending on the class time/location you select. Please see the registration page for planned closed dates throughout the year. Any month that has a 5th week will be an “off” week and class will resume on the appropriate day during the first week of the following month.

    What if the current session has already begun?

    You may register at any time and join the class immediately. Keep in mind how many weeks are remaining in the current month before selecting your membership level for that term based on how many days you will likely attend. You may upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at the beginning of each month as necessary.
