Welcome to Fitness Rebooted! Since January 2013, our online boot camp has helped over 100 women learn how to manage their weight, exercise safely and effectively, and eat healthy. We have empowered our clients through our virtual boot camp challenges by providing them with knowledge, support, guidance, partnership, accountability, and the tools necessary to be successful in reaching their fitness goals, including meal plans/recipes and workout programs — all while giving them a platform to have companionship with them every step of their journey!

Choose one of the following FOUR options for membership below to register for our virtual online boot camp challenge. You may begin a trial or either of the 4-week phases at any time as they are structured in an on-demand format. The 8-week program MUST be started on schedule — we begin a session on the first Monday of every other month starting in January each year.

Online Virtual Boot Camp - Full

8-Week Membership {$50}: This course is offered on a rotating basis beginning on the first Monday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November). Get unlimited access to membership content including ALL recipes, meal plans, workout programs, and printables for the current or upcoming session. The full program consists of a gradually progressive combination of Strength and Cardio workouts followed by intensive cardio/aerobic recovery. The format of the program is:

  • 3 weeks of three strength days (upper body, lower body, core) and three days cardio/runs
  • 2 weeks of four days strength (upper body, lower body, core, total body) and two days cardio/runs
  • 1 week of four days with a mixture of strength AND cardio, three rest days
  • 2 weeks of six days of intensive aerobic and cardio/run workouts

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A MEDICAL WAIVER PRIOR TO THE START OF THEIR FIRST SESSION!

The 8-week program also offers accountability partner assignments so that you are not just a part of of GROUP, but a close partnership as well!

Trial Membership {$10}: You will get access to Assessments as well as EIGHT days of workouts (one per week for the duration of the 8-week program) to get a sample of what we do. You can upgrade to full membership at any time! Printables are not available for trial memberships. Trial members are not assigned an accountability partner.

Online Virtual Boot Camp - Phase 1

4-Week Membership {$30}: Get unlimited access to membership content including ALL recipes, meal plans, workout programs, and printables for Phase 1 (consistent & progressive Strength and Cardio combined). The format of the Phase 1 program is:

  • 3 weeks of three strength days (upper body, lower body, core) and three days cardio/runs
  • 1 week of four days strength (upper body, lower body, core, total body) and two days cardio/runs

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A MEDICAL WAIVER PRIOR TO THE START OF THEIR FIRST SESSION!

The 4-week program can be started ANY time. Since the Phase 1 program is an on-demand program, we are unable to provide or assign accountability partners. If you tend to do better with an accountability partner, find a workout buddy who will do the program along with you. Since this is a virtual program, you can partner up with anyone from anywhere in the country!

  • 1 week of four days strength (upper body, lower body, core, total body) and two days cardio/runs
  • 1 week of four days with a mixture of strength AND cardio, three rest days
  • 2 weeks of six days of intensive aerobic and cardio/run workouts

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A MEDICAL WAIVER PRIOR TO THE START OF THEIR FIRST SESSION!

Additional Details:

  1. Our discussions take place in a convenient Facebook group setting which is CLOSED and PRIVATE for our active challenge members only. The challenge information, files, daily workouts/meal plans are all located on the website and will only be available to registered members.
  2. The overall challenge is highly structured and involves many resources in addition to the daily workout program, such as recipes/meal plans, an easily navigable website so that all information is available at a click. ALL CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE IS VIEWABLE ON MOBILE DEVICES, including demo videos for every daily workout exercise!
  3. Full membership includes:
    1. Virtual boot camp workout program
    2. Peer support
    3. Accountability partnership assignment (8-week program ONLY)
    4. Guidance and one-on-one attention from an International Sports Sciences Association certified personal fitness trainer
    5. Meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two daily snacks 6 days per week with one “cheat” day) complete with recipes
    6. Access to all challenge content on the website along with video demonstrations
    7. Downloadable/printable challenge documents
  4. We have an affiliate program so the more people you refer who join us, the more you can earn toward your membership for the next session!

While I can make basic modifications to our meal plans depending on preference and minor food allergies, I cannot recommend menu options for people with major medical/health conditions and cannot guarantee that recommended foods will not contain traces of certain foods so please be aware of each item involved in preparing each dish and make responsible choices based on your personal allergies and experience.   • ATTENTION:

    How long does each session last?

    It depends on the option that you choose. Sessions begin on the first Monday of the designated month and last eight weeks each if you wish to do the full program. If you opt to do one phase of the program, you may begin the phase on your own or with a friend at any time and each phase lasts four weeks.

    If you choose the 4-week “Phase 1” or “Phase 2” program and are starting on the first Monday of any month, you also have the option of joining in with the full program members for that phase in which case you would begin on schedule with the current session. This is great for those who want an accountability partner but do not have a friend to join the program with.

    What if the session has already begun?

    Members who join a full 8-week session after it has begun will be prorated based on which bi-weekly period the session is in at the time of registration. Late registrations will need to be done manually by invoice unless registering for Phase 2 which can be done through the website by selecting the 4-week option. If you are unsure of which registration to select, submit a request via the contact form or email team@fitnessrebooted.com.
