  • What is the difference between each of the pricing types?

    Answer: Personal training and group fitness are for small, non-commercial groups and can be done at any location within a 15-mile radius of Rabbit Hill Park in Dacula, GA. Personal training is for one individual while group fitness is for a small group of people, ideal for families or friends who want to get fit together!

    Corporate wellness programs are for larger commercial groups, often for the purpose of improving employee health to lower insurance costs as well as to boost productivity/energy and minimize sick time. Corporate wellness can be done at any facility within a 35-mile radius of Rabbit Hill Park in Dacula, GA.

  • What can we expect?

    Answer: All of our programs incorporate a hyper-tridimensional approach to fitness. We focus on three main areas: flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health. In addition, we also encourage, support, and provide basic guidance in improving eating habits, sleep patterns, and proper hydration.

    Every workout is dynamic and inspired by various styles of activity such as dance, yoga, plyometrics, calisthenics, kickboxing, etc. Every exercise has a basic modification as well as a more progressive modification. The format of our workouts allows us to cater to every fitness level within one group, from beginner to advanced.
