Our online boot camp presents a virtual aspect to our local class and allows members from all over the globe to participate in our programs which, depending on the program you select, may include a weekly 6-day progressive workout program (7th day is for rest), weekly 6-day meal plan (7th day is “cheat” day), accountability partner assignments, online group support, guidance from a certified personal fitness trainer, and more! We determine success by assessing strength and speed every four weeks as well as tracking weight and measurements.

Our local boot camp class is held at Rabbit Hill Park in Dacula, GA and meets Monday through Thursday at 6:45pm! We monitor progress every 4 weeks by tracking body weight, body fat percentage, visceral fat, BMI, and body measurements (neck, bust, right arm, waist, hips, right thigh, and right calf) as well as assessing strength, endurance, and speed.
